A girl 15 years old is said to pay the debt or go to jail
I was in the repair of credit for 15 years Professional and 8 years. I heard about all sorts of stories about how people have got bad credit. My clients told me how their car was taken with their child and other goods inside. They told stories about people being forced by the Police leave their home because it was typed on. These are some of the stories.
Even though many, I heard stories that Life changing, nothing could have prepared me for a phone call I got the call last week.
It was about ten o'clock morning when my cell rang. "I said, hello, it is with Tim TRW Credit Group. How can I help you? What happened next is quite shocking. This voice came booming contact me by cell phone. This guy was so loud that I had to pull the phone away from my head. He screamed so loud I could barely understand what he said. It took me about 5 minutes just to calm him down enough so I can understand.
When he finally calmed down enough, he started talking to me of his situation. It Jonathon said: "My daughter is on the go to jail." I replied: "I'm sorry to hear this, but I do not know why you called me because I am not a lawyer. "He replied:" I know, I need help with my daughter credit . I replied "ok, but what do you say that your daughter is going to jail?" He then replied: "I just got a phone with a debt collection agency. They said that my daughter $ 15,000 in credit card debt outstanding and if it does not pay. What they will complain and make sure she goes to jail "
I could hear in his voice he was very sad. I asked him to tell me about her daughter. He began by saying "please help my daughter, I do not want her go to jail. She has fifteen years' old. I paused a second and said, fifteen years? He then said, yes. I asked him, how she obtain credit cards in her name? He said she has no credit cards. I told him that his identity has been stolen and probably someone got credit cards in his name.
I then said: "Jonathan, your daughter does not go to jail, it's a strategy that debt collection agency used to scare people into paying them. As you can see, it works.
I could hear a sigh of relief voice. I then said we could certainly help his daughter.
