You are facing failure again and again. Life is nothing but a perfect blend of successes and failures. Always take the failure as a challenge and another stepping stone towards success. Once you resolve to take every failure as challenge it is easy for you to lure success every time you fail. Never get depressed while facing failure. Think about why the failure could dare to touch you, though you have planned well to achieve your goal. Study the situation and learning from the failure. Just brush aside and you can feel that nothing has happened. Start afresh and take small steps towards your success again.
Just ask yourself about why you are facing failure repeatedly? You are repeating the same mistakes again and again. Lack of self-analysis and contemplation about failure will always create the danger of leading to failure again. When journalists asked Thomas Alva Edison about his failure in inventing the bulb, he said 'I have not failed ten thousand times; but I have discovered how not to create bulb ten thousand times. That is the spirit of successful people who embrace struggle to achieve success without getting depressed with failures.
Lack of stability in goal setting will always lead to failure. Once the goal is set; you have to be after the goal to achieve without fail. If you change your goal again and again, that will lead to failure. Stability in setting the goal, planning to succeed is the key factors to success. Disturbed childhood also sometimes contribute to the failure of individuals. If you analyze yourself critically, and receive criticism as challenge, you will be always successful. Success need not be analyzed, but failure is bound to be criticized by one and all. It is not that losers will not plan. They also plan meticulously; but a small mistake will spoil the whole process of success and lead to failure.
Learning from failures will always add successes to your life. We all know that failure is temporary. But we always feel that failure is permanent and depress ourselves with losing thoughts. You have to have self-awareness about your strengths in the field which you wish to achieve success. Self contemplation will help you understand the key factors of success in your success. It is not enough to feel that I am having all the abilities to achieve success but you should always shield yourself with honesty, ethics and sincerity which are the three pillars of success.
Finally, the one and only weapon of success has to come from the confidence which you possess. Self confidence is a key ingredient to success. This will not happen in one or two days. You have to work hard continuously to understand the in thing of success.
