Throw in the large number of museums in South Kensington and Chelsea - along with the King's Road and Hyde Park - and it's plain to see why South London is such a tourist magnet.
# East London - If you're a fan of Indian cuisine, you've got to spend time in East London. An entire neighborhood here is nicknamed Bangla Town, due to its high population of Bangladeshi people and restaurants. Curry can be found in abundance here, as can the London Eye and London's primary financial center. You can get a taste for many different worlds by visiting East London.
# West London - With neighborhoods like Notting Hill and North Kensington, West London is best known for its intriguing history and for its lively markets. There are plenty of cheap London hotels to choose from here, making it a natural place to headquarter yourself during a London holiday. West London is a veritable melting pot, too.
