When you sit down at a table where less is on the line you instantly start to stress less. Than you become more relaxed and play a lot better. Stop worrying about having to play a bigger stakes table and go a bit lower.

2 - Sit down with table limit and have the bankroll to support

Always sit down at the table with the most you possibly can. This way you'll have a lot more to work with and you large stack will have 'fat' to support the inevitable ups and downs of the game. You'll need a bankroll of 20 times that stack, so make sure you have it to back you up.

3 - Understand it can be ups and downs but overall it's up

You might be stressing a lot every time you lose a hand and beat yourself up over it. You need to grasp that it happens to all of us. No player just 'wins wins and wins some more'. The ups and down are part of the game.
