Choosing the Right Liquidation Sales for Your Company
There are a lot of liquidation sales out there these days. Because of all the businesses that are having tough times, there is a lot of inventory that manufacturers thought would be heading out this season, which are instead sitting in their warehouses. In addition, there are a lot of businesses that are in operation which are struggling in these down economic times. They are not taking in the inventory they did this time last year. And many are even trying to get rid of the inventory they do have to keep their head above water. If you have capital, there are deals to be had.
Research
The first thing you need to do is find out what type of deals are out there and how you can get in on them. Many websites will give you a clear path to a number of liquidation goods in your area. The important thing to keep in mind is to do a little research on them to make sure they are who they say they are and that you are not being taken in a scam.
Condition
Next you need to start figuring how what types of items are in their lots. Many liquidation companies have a detailed list of the items in each lot they are selling. Some of these will also list the condition of the items. This is important as you don’t want to be stuck with a bunch of items you can't use.
Profit
How much can you make on each item? While you may feel like you are getting a good deal on a liquidation lot, you need to make sure. Do the math. How much should you be able to sell each item in the lot for? Is the mark up what you had hoped to make in profit? If so you can move forward with confidence.
Budget
Don’t go overboard. It is really easy to get carried away at liquidation sales with all the great items they have up for sale. You need to make sure you don’t let this happen. Instead set a budget, know what you want to buy and stick to your rules.
Customers
Finally, no matter how good of a deal you get on liquidation goods, you need to make sure they are goods your customers will want. If you can’t sell them, they are not a deal. Know your customer base and consider who will be buying these items before you ever make a purchase.

Liquidation $13.49 Imre Kert?sz's savagely lyrical and suspenseful new novel traces the continuing echoes the Holocaust and communism in the consciousness of contemporary Eastern Europe. Ten years after the fall of communism, a writer named B. commits suicide, devastating his circle and deeply puzzling his friend Kingsbitter. For among B.'s effects, Kingsbitter finds a play that eerily predicts events after his death. Why did B.-who was born at Auschwitz and miraculously survived-take his life? As Kingsbitter searches for the answer -and for the novel he is convinced lies hidden among his friend's papers-"Liquidation" becomes an inquest into the deeply compromised inner life of a generation. The result is moving, revelatory and haunting. |

Liquidacion = Liquidation $3.95 ** NOBEL LAUREATE 2002** A dry and bitter story (vital and optimistic at the same time) that narrates the unimaginable life of Bi, a "writer" born in Auschwitz who was baptized with the letter B and a series of numbers tattooed on his thigh.
