Great Shape

When football season starts up, you can also start up a great workout.  Football season is notorious for a lot of sofa sitting, beer drinking and eating, but this year you can change the rules.  You can still watch the games, but you can also get that workout you need so you can feel great.

You can set your goals and achieve them during the season.  Allow the season to be your motivation instead of an excuse to allow yourself to eat and drink too much. When you get a full body workout that you can do at home, you can easily fit it into your football viewing.  With this kind of workout, you can:

• Use the pregame, halftime, or postgame to workout
• Use the football players and their bodies as a great motivator
• Make a plan where you will work out with every game

If you are serious about making changes in your life, this is a great way to do it.  You can be in shape and feel great, and you can do it even when watching football. Do not allow yourself to fall into the trap that so many people do during football season.  Instead of making a habit out of eating and drinking beer during halftime, make a promise to yourself that you are going to use that time to workout.

The Shape of the Great Pyramid $85 Who has not seen a picture of the Great Pyramid of Egypt, massive in size but deceptively simple in shape, and not wondered how that shape was determined?
