It is well know that technology has improved our personal lives. Internet and email alone have become indispensable. But did you know that computer technology improves bar and grill business as well? Will you stop at that location to eat? Its suggestive selling just like; "Do you want fries with that?"

Menu item cost is a significant result of how computer technology improves bar and grill business. Most franchises utilize technology to purchase the raw materials that go into their menu items. Proper ordering and inventory accountability improve efficiency and cost, ultimately improving the menu item cost. A bar and grill, particularly a franchise where overhead is higher, properly tracking product popularity, sales and waste ultimately improves the overall bottom line of the restaurant.
Overall, computer technology improves bar and grill business in multiple ways that the consumer might never see. Proper utilization and seamless integration of such technology should give the customer just one question when they place their order. Do I want fries with that?
