The newest incarnation of the popular Nissan Altima is a sexy iteration of performance, engineering and good looks. There are a multitude of performance goodies that anyone can purchase to enhance the "wow factor" of the car that's turning heads as one of the best mid-sized sedans available. The available powertrain choices in the 2008 Nissan Altima sedan/couple offer pleasing power and respectable fuel economy. Crafted from free flowing mandrel bends and stainless steel technology ensure many years of maintenance free performance. As a result, both combined accessories will net a 10-15% increase in fuel economy and about 20-25 more horsepower.
To go hand in hand in the performance chain, good balance of suspension mods is a must for a better handing Altima. To get that car to stop on a dime, SP performance created a set of cross drilled rotors for the braking system. These specific rotors are designed to disippate heat better than any factory brake system and will reduce brake fade during long trips. A truly worthwhile investment and an easy kit to install. Another fantastic suspension modification are Eibach's line of Sportline lowering springs. Designed by one of the premier brands of suspension parts, the Eibach springs will get that car a little bit lower to the ground for better cornering and less body roll. Plus the springs will give your new Altima a look all it's own. This car is really starting to come to life.
And finally a little icing on the cake, exterior parts for a truly individualized look. Give your 2008 Altima a slick performance look with a custom grille. T-Rex makes a long line of performance grilles in a mesh style or the ever popular billet aluminum style. Both are available for sedan and couple body styles and give that front end a "high end" look that nobody can ignore. Install some PIAA changeable super white bulbs for that HID look and even you can see better at night with these bright bulb alternative.
