I bet you can't tell me why you chose the antiaging product supplement you're currently taking. Maybe it contains a certain ingredient. Maybe it's cheaper than others. Or maybe someone else told you about it. Unfortunately, these reasons have nothing to do with a supplement's effectiveness and overall value-for-money.
In this article, you'll learn how to evaluate supplements on a deeper level, so you'll know just where your current supplement stands. Or, if you're new to supplements, you'll start out the right way instead of wasting time and money like most people (including me).
Follow these 3 steps:
(1) Ingredient Quality
How can you as a consumer find out the ingredient quality in a supplement? Well, you have to contact the supplement company. I never said determining an antiaging product supplement's quality was going to be easy.
Call or e-mail the company. Here are 3 great questions to ask:
- Do you have a Certificate of Analysis (COA) on file for every raw ingredient you use?
- Are all raw ingredients tested prior to manufacture for microbiological contamination?
- Prior to releasing a batch of product, do you conduct further microbiological analysis and a heavy metal analysis?
The person at the company should answer "yes" to all 3 of these questions. And if they do answer yes, they should be able to document it with paperwork. You should be allowed to see the documentation; beware if they won't let you.
With these simple questions, you'll quickly find out if a supplement company is dedicated to excellence. Either they test their raw ingredients for purity or they don't.
(2) Absorption
How can you as a consumer find out if the supplement is absorbed in your bloodstream? There are a few factors that affect a supplement's ability to be absorbed. But I'm only going to list the most important one here---enteric coating.
Enteric coating protects the supplement as it passes through stomach acid. If your antiaging product supplement contains herbal extracts, enzymes, or phytonutrients, this is extremely important.
Without enteric coating, the most powerful ingredients in your supplement will be damaged or destroyed by stomach acid. The label of the supplement bottle will list enteric coating if it's used.
(3) Formulator
Someone formulated your supplement, but who? To answer that, you may have to contact the supplement company again. Reputable companies, however, will list their formulator's credentials on their website.
Who are the best formulators?
Biochemists with a pharmaceutical background. Look for someone with a degree in Pharmacology or work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Remember, a supplement is only as good as the person who formulates it.
Getting the info in these 3 steps will make your decision a lot easier. You'll be able to narrow it down to only the best anti-aging supplements. Just remember to focus on...
- Ingredient testing
- Enteric coating for absorption
- Expert formulator
If you don't take action on the info in this article, you may end up with a supplement that's contaminated or poorly absorbed or formulated by a sales and marketing team.
Be proactive - an anti-aging product supplement is a long-term investment in your health.

The Condition $9.99 In the summer of 1976, during their annual retreat on Cape Cod, the McKotch family came apart. Now, twenty years after daughter Gwen was diagnosed with Turner's syndrome—a rare genetic condition that keeps her trapped forever in the body of a child—eminent scientist Frank McKotch is divorced from his pedigreed wife, Paulette. Eldest son Billy, a successful cardiologist, lives a life built on secrets and compromise. His brother Scott awakened from a pot-addled adolescence to a soul-killing job and a regrettable marriage. And Gwen—bright and accomplished but hermetic and emotionally aloof—spurns all social interaction until, well into her thirties, she falls in love for the first time. With compassion and almost painful astuteness, The Condition explores the power of family mythologies—the self-delusions, denials, and inescapable truths that forever bind fathers and mothers and siblings. |

Kutta Condition $97.19 The Kutta condition is a principle in steady flow fluid dynamics, especially aerodynamics, that is applicable to solid bodies which have sharp corners such as the trailing edges of airfoils. It is named for German mathematician and aerodynamicist Martin Wilhelm Kutta. Kuethe and Schetzer state the Kutta condition as follows: A body with a sharp trailing edge which is moving through a fluid will create about itself a circulation of sufficient strength to hold the rear stagnation point at the trailing edge. In fluid flow around a body with a sharp corner the Kutta condition refers to the flow pattern in which fluid approaches the corner from both directions, meets at the corner, and then flows away from the body. None of the fluid flows around the corner and remains attached to the body. The Kutta condition is significant when using the KuttaJoukowski theorem to calculate the lift generated by an airfoil. The value of circulation of the flow around the airfoil must be that value which would cause the Kutta condition to exist. The Transnational Condition $40 During the last two decades Europe has experienced a rise in transnational contention. Citizens are crossing borders to advance alternative visions of Europe. They spread protest concepts and tactics and explore new ways of organizing dissent. Far from being a recent phenomenon, transnational protest is obviously more salient in a world of international corporations and global political interaction, compounded by electronic communication and cheap travel. The transnational condition permeates all aspects of protest organization and dynamics – from individual biographies to activist networks to cycles of contention. The contributors offer insight into this multifaceted condition by combining rich empirical evidence with reflections on the problems of transnational research. |

On the Human Condition $22.68 The potential to clone, augment, and repair human beings is pushing the very concept of the human to its limit. Fantasies and metaphors of a supposedly monstrous and inhuman future increasingly dominate films, art and popular culture. On the Human Condition is an invigorating and fascinating exploration of where the idea of the human stands today. Given the damage human beings have inflicted on each other and their environment throughout history, should we embrace humanism or try and overcome it? Dominique Janicaud explores these urgent questions and more. He argues that whilst we need to avoid apocalyptic talk of a post human condition, as embodied in technology such as cloning, we should neither fall back on a conservative humanism nor become technophobic. Drawing on illuminating examples such as genetic engineering, the novel Frankenstein, the legendary debate between Sartre and Heidegger over humanism, and the work of Primo Levi, Domnique Janicaud also explores the role of fantasy in understanding the human condition and asks where the line lies between the human, inhuman and the superhuman. |

The Second Condition $19.21 Are there limits to political ambition? Missouri Governor William Bryce is about to find out. After narrowly missing his party's presidential nomination, Bryce becomes consumed with his quest for the presidency. For him it is the presidency, or nothing. As Bryce prepares to run again, his secret threatens to make him unelectable. A business consortium also sets its sights high and sees Bryce and his political future as its shot at unheard of profits. They know Bryce's secret and can bury it, but will do so on two conditions. The terrible second condition will test Bryce, and make it clear exactly what he would be willing to give for the presidency. The Second Condition is a novel of ambition and alliances, betrayal and redemption. As in today's political world, the politicians, the criminals, the press and the law all do their jobs as they see them, with success in the eye of the beholder. |

The Posthuman Condition $10 Synthetic creativity, organic computers, genetic modification, intelligent machines &endash; such ideas are deeply challenging to many of our traditional assumptions about human uniqueness and superiority. But, ironically, it is our very capacity for technological invention that has secured us so dominant a position in the world which may lead ultimately to (as some have put it) 'The End of Man'. If we are really capable of creating entities that exceed our own skills and intellect then the consequences for humanity are almost inconceivable. Nevertheless, we must now face up to the possibility that attributes like intelligence and consciousness may be synthesised in non-human entities &endash; perhaps within our lifetime. Would such entities have human-like emotions; would they have a sense of their own being? The Posthuman Condition argues that such questions are difficult to tackle given the concepts of human existence that we have inherited from humanism, many of which can no longer be sustained. New theories about nature and the operation of the universe arising from sophisticated computer modelling are starting to demonstrate the profound interconnections between all things in reality where previously we had seen only separations. This has implications for traditional views of the human condition, consciousness, the way we look at art, and for some of the oldest problems in philosophy. |
