Start by asking everyone to select an item in the room and leave it in place while you are out of the room. You will need to get someone to help you with this trick, and this person will be the one you choose to go around touching all of the different objects for you when you return to the room.

The secret to this trick is that the person helping you will touch something of a predetermined color that the two of you have chosen before hand. The color could be any color, however, you need to work this out before you start the trick. Let's say the color is red for this example. Once they touch something red, you know that the next object they touch will be the selected object.

It's that simple, but can be very entertaining at parties and in groups of people. Just remember to have someone work with you ahead of time, and have a chosen color selected before you begin. Let them know to touch an object of the selected color and then touch the chosen object immediately after the color object.

The next trick is called "Disappearing Quarter." This trick relies on proper preparation beforehand. Start by taking a small square of aluminum foil. Place the foil on top of a quarter and run it with your finger until it creates a good impression of the coin in the foil. Carefully cut out the fake foil coin leaving enough room for the sides of the coin.

The effect of the trick is simple. You begin with four quarters in your hand. When you close you hand and open it back up, you magically make one of the quarters disappear. This is done by using the foil coin as one of the four coins to begin with.

Begin by creating the coin out of foil as explained. Arrange the other three coins around the foil coin so that the fake coin is below the other three. Show all the coins to spectators and make sure they see there are four coins.

Now, simply close your hand. As you do so, be sure to crush the foil coin as small as possible. Put on a good show as you do this pretending that you are crushing one of the coins into dust or something of the sort. When you do this properly and open your hand, the foil will be hidden by the other coins.

This may take some practice to get perfect, but with time, this can be a real entertaining trick. You will have to put some time into getting the foil to look perfectly like a coin as well as the placement of the foil relative to the other coins in order to get the right effect.
