Our armed forces are over there fighting for our country and when they are injured and can not work anymore because of this injury there is not enough help for them. The amount of compensation some of them receive is far below what they should receive.
I think there should be more help for the wounded and I think they should get a decent amount of money for an injury, depending on how whose situation is serious. That's why now is a military injury claims jobs lawyers largely because of what can be done in these cases.
I agree it is a great role. I did some research on lawyers handle claims and they come in many types of cases:
* The injuries sustained on active service
* The injuries sustained on active service not
* Sky Diving
* Training Exercises
* Faulty equipment
Mountaineering *
Post Traumatic Stress *
War injuries *
* Aviation
* Surface and underwater
* Weapons
* Features Explosive
You have the right to apply for compensation for military injuries suffered injury as a result of service.
The normal rules relating to employer liability also apply to the Defence and HM Forces have always the possibility continue the MOD for negligence if they believe the MOD, as their employer has acted negligently - for example by failing to provide adequate equipment or appropriate.
The amount of compensation received depends on whether your claim is made under the compensation scheme for Armed Forces or if you sue for negligence against the MOD.
COMPENSATION SCHEME OF ARMED FORCES
The price level under the scheme Armed Forces Compensation is based on a tariff which lists the injuries for which compensation may be paid.
Charges Neglect
The amount of compensation received if pursuing a claim of negligence depends on the severity of your injuries and what are other losses that you incur, including
* Future financial losses, including loss of income loss, promotion etc.
* Travel to and from medical appointments
* All medications
* The care provided by family members or other
* Damage caused to your belongings
There are many other items for which you are entitled to damages, including damages for having to give up a job you enjoy because of your injuries.
As I discovered, and above them is much to do so because of the lawyers have to argue for more compensation for those who gave their lives for this country and when something is not going to support them not their

Armed Forces of Belarus $86.03 High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles The Armed Forces of Belarus consist of the Army and the Air and Air Defense Forces, all under the command of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Belarus. Lieutenant general Yurij Viktorovich Zhadobin is the Minister of Defense since December 4, 2009. Being a landlocked country, Belarus has no navy. The previous Belarusian National Republic of March 1918 to 1919 did not have time to create armed forces in its brief existence, although attempts to create a military have been documented. The Republic of Belarus has conducted effective military reforms within the last decade which have reshaped its armed forces as a relatively effective force for a small state in somewhat difficult economic conditions. The military forces of Belarus are exclusively armed with Sovietera equipment inherited from the Soviet Union. Although large in numbers some Western experts consider some of it outdated.
