Things to do on holiday in the UAE
The UAE is rapidly developing into one of the tourist destinations most popular in the world. It is home to some of the best holiday home accommodation and many holidaymakers return year after year and holiday villas rentals. You can rent luxury villas, holiday apartments in the UAE.
A federation of seven states including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras al Khaimah, Sharjah and Umm al Quwain, the UAE was established in the year 1971. rugged mountains, sand dunes, sandy beaches, lush green parks, dusty villages, old houses, Souks dynamic and modern shopping malls UAE offers a kaleidoscope of varied offerings for a tourist. Abu Dhabi is designated as the Manhattan of the Middle East and is a modern city full of skyscrapers. It is the capital of the UAE and connects the mainland with two bridges. It has many attractions such as the Heritage Village, the beautiful Corniche or the beach, Fort Al Hisn, Salon Petroleum, old souk or market, Breakwater Island, the palace of Sheikh Zayed and the oldest part of town, the Batin. It is also home to the Fort White called Diwan Amiri. Abu Dhabi retains much of its past despite its modernization.
Al Ain, which is located sixty miles away from Abu Dhabi is an oasis and a stop the caravan. It has a rich landscape and scenic huge fertile plain. There is a camel market, zoo and museum containing objects both old and new and good examples of Mesopotamian pottery. A few kilometers from Al Ain is a source of water called Ain Faidhi. Archaeological sites are also near the area of Al Ain. To the south of Al Ain is Hafit Mountain which contains ancient pottery, swords and tombs.
Dubai, hailed as the Pearl of the Persian Gulf, is another must see sight in the UAE. It was a colony of sailors and a natural harbor for fishermen and traders dhow. Bur Dubai houses world famous Gold Souk and Spice Souk. The Al Fahidi and provides an overview of the Dubai Museum back in the rich ancient past of the country. Dubai hosts the Dubai World Cup, the PGA Desert Classic golf tournament and the Dubai Shopping Festival. The camel, sand skiing, four-wheel desert safaris, dhow cruises and barbecues Bedouins make it an ideal place for tourists to visit.
The desert is a spectacular destination for tourists. Sand skis, camel rides, four wheel drives the dunes majestic red mountains and Stark offer the ultimate experience of the desert. The Oasis in the desert is a great place to stay and travel through the desert also offers the possibility of meeting folk Bedu or nomadic tribes that are very welcoming. Watching the camel races at dawn is a great way to spend the day.
Visit Ras al-Khaimah and you'll get spectacular view of the port of ancient sea, the Hajar Mountains, oases and Dhaid Khatt and mineral springs. The visit to Ras al-Khaimah also includes excursions to Dibba a natural port and Khor Kalba, one of the most popular shell beaches in the world. The ruins Drabhaniya present in the place is another point of interest history.
Dubai has made a real effort in recent years to promote itself as a destination for luxury holidays. He has spent billions dollars to put infrastructure in place to position itself as one of the best holiday destinations in the world. As part of this process Dubai has built villas and the most luxurious holiday apartments are located anywhere in the world.
